About L'Apprenti

L'apprenti is a brand created to position our food service management program and products in customers' mind. It is a brand under the Faculty of Food Science and Technology of Universiti Putra Malaysia. Our products include training modules, signature dishes and new innovation of food and beverages.

L'apprenti brand consists of L'apprenti@Putra Restaurant, L'apprenti Cafe and L'apprenti Deli which located at the faculty of Food Science and Technology UPM.

L'apprenti Cafe

L'Apprenti Cafe is located at main campus at Faculty of Food Science & Technology. Food available here are ranging from pastries, cakes, sandwiches, hot and cold beverages. Due to high demand among students and staffs for take away food, local food such as 'Nasi Lemak', 'Mee Goreng' and 'Nasi Goreng' are also provided.

L'apprenti Deli

L' Apprenti cafe is located in front of L'Apprenti restaurant. Unlike the restaurant, this cafe offers food in less formal manner where you can grab your food at counter and have it on the table provided or for take away. Food available are from pastries, cakes, breakfast and lunch set.

L'apprenti @ Putra Restaurant has been operating since January 2010. Branding Gala opening of L'apprenti @ Putra restaurant was inaugurated by Hon. Prof. Datuk Dr. Nik Mustapha R. Abdullah, Vice Chancellor of UPM on 7 April 2010.

L'apprenti @ Putra Restaurant concept of fine dining and offers a diverse menu ranging from Grazing, Appertizer, Soup, Main Course and Dessert.
